18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: 18~75; 2) It was diagnosed as cholangiocarcinoma by pathology; 3) ECOG score (PS)<2; 4) Expected life = 6 months; 5) Sufficient tumor tissue can be obtained through surgery or puncture for organ like culture and histological analysis; 6) Subjects volunteer and sign the informed consent form; 7) First line drug treatment was ineffective.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subjects have serious liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, blood diseases, etc; 2) Immunodeficiency or severe bone marrow suppression.
