Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? At least 18 years old ? History of stage IV periodontitis (refer to the new diagnostic criteria) ? The prognosis of the remaining teeth is poor, indicating extraction ? The bone volume is acceptable and the condition is suitable for implant-supported fixed dental arch prosthesis ? Good oral hygiene conditions and stable periodontal inflammation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Any accompanying uncontrolled local or systemic disease ? The dentition is missing ? Take glucocorticoid drugs more than 5mg daily; ? History of radiotherapy to the head and neck ? Use drugs that affect bone metabolism, such as phosphates ? Used antibiotics within three months ? Smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day ? Women who are pregnant, lactating or have a pregnancy plan within 1 year ? Refusal to sign informed consent, failure to follow medical advice and refusal to return for follow-up visits
