Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) over 18 years of age; (2) awake patients admitted to the ICU (without restriction on endotracheal intubation); (3) The patient's vital signs were relatively stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who are in acute critical illness and in danger of life at any time; (2) patients with infectious diseases; (3) Family members refuse to participate.
