Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ·Aged = 65years; ·ASA classification of I-IV; ·Scheduled for unilateral hip fracture (i.e., femoral head, femoral neck, intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures) surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ·Refusal to participate; ·Inability to communicate; ·Multiple fractures or involvement of other surgeries; ·Contraindications to regional block; ·Periprosthetic fracture; ·The surgeons and researchers judge that the patient's condition is not suitable for this study.
