Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The recruited subjects were 1) with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status III to ? 2)selective cardiac surgery under CPB 3)aged = 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who need special induction 2) Participate in other projects 3) Be known to be allergic to related drugs 4) Be pregnant 5)Preoperative chronic renal insufficiency (serum creatinine concentration > 2.0mg/dl) or impaired liver function (serum bilirubin concentration > 1.2mg/dl) 6)Patients with a history of drug or alcohol abuse or long-term pain treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioids before surgery 7) The main indicators of patients during and after operation cannot be obtained through the case system 8) Other special cases that may affect the statistical results.
