Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Case group: ? MSA patients who met the diagnostic criteria of possible and probable MSA proposed by Gilman et al., 2008 and were jointly diagnosed by first-line, second-line and third-line doctors; ? Detailed and reliable history recall; (3) Sign the informed consent. 2) Parkinson's disease control group: ? Parkinson's disease patients who met the 2016 Chinese Parkinson's disease diagnostic criteria and were jointly diagnosed by first-line, second-line and third-line doctors; ? Detailed and reliable history recall; (3) Sign the informed consent. 3) Normal control group: ? no chronic degenerative diseases of the nervous system; ? No family history of chronic degenerative diseases of the nervous system; Can provide reliable recall.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? suffer from other neurodegenerative diseases; ? other reasons affecting physical activity or disease assessment; ? There were other serious complications.
