Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents or guardians of children aged 3 to 10 agreed to participate in the study and signed written informed consent. After approval, the diagnostic process was recorded by multi-angle video data. Patients who tested positive for the Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale (ADOS) were evaluated by qualified physicians.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rett syndrome, fragile X syndrome, trisomy 21 syndrome and other neuropsychiatric disorders (epilepsy, etc.) were excluded through clinical physical examination, neuroimaging, genetic and metabolic tests.
