18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 80 2.ASA grade ?-- III 3. Pathological diagnosis of colon cancer or rectal cancer 4. Patients undergoing elective open colorectal cancer surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of allergy to narcotic drugs. 2. Contraindications to epidural block, such as coagulopathy, anatomic deformity, etc. 3. Unable to cooperate with the study for any reason, such as language comprehension, mental illness, etc. 4. Received chemotherapy or radiotherapy in the last 8 weeks. 5. Previous surgery for colorectal cancer. 6. History of chronic pain. 7. Body mass index >40 kg/m2
