18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18-80 years old; 2. Stay in ICU for>=24 hours; 3. Meet the following conditions: body temperature=65 mmHg, ventilator support pressure=90%, no or low-dose vasoactive drugs (adrenaline/Norepinephrine<0.1 µ G/kg/min, dopamine<5 µ G/g/min); 4. After evaluation by a critical care physician, under bed sitting training can be performed; 5. Sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>=40kg/m2; 2. Severe cardiac function impairment (left ventricular Ejection fraction<20%); 3. Those who are restless and unable to cooperate; 4. The normal operation of the instrument is interfered by the sitting position (such as Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, aortic balloon counterpulsation, etc.); 5. Unable to complete under bed sitting training (such as new spinal injuries, unstable pelvis, and/or lower limb fractures).
