Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)age=18 years; (2)achieve the nurse qualification certificate; (3)voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Quantitative research: (1)practice nurses, trainee nurses, and senior nurses (pursue a further education and advanced study); (2) nurses who are currently days off (=1 month); Qualitative research: (1)practice nurses, trainee nurses, and senior nurses (pursue a further education and advanced study); (2) nurses who are currently days off (=1 month); (3) participants who do not allow the researchers to record their recordings during the investigation; (4) nurses who could not be contacted.
