Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? HR-HPV was positive for two consecutive times (6-12 months interval); ? The results of liquid based cytology showed benign reactivity change; ? The initial examination found that the high-risk HPV was positive for type 16 or 18, or the combined liquid based cytology was ASCUS or above, and there was no abnormality in colposcopy, or the pathological diagnosis was chronic cervicitis or LSIL by biopsy under the microscope. ? Regular menstruation, no antibiotic or anti HPV treatment in the last month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria; (2) Recently (within 3 months) use drugs that affect immune function; (3) Pregnant and lactating patients; (4) The specific type of cervical HPV infection cannot be determined; Suspected malignant change by colposcopy or confirmed by pathology; Complicated with other serious primary diseases or malignant tumors such as lung, liver, spleen, kidney, cardio cerebrovascular and hematopoietic system; Those with mental and neurological disorders, unwilling or unable to cooperate.
