Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria :(1) patients aged 18-75 with internal hemorrhoids; (2) patients with internal hemorrhoids who did not respond to conservative treatment such as diet and medication; (3) patients requiring internal hemorrhoids treatment; (4) patients understanding the risks of surgery and signing informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) the merger of inflammatory bowel disease, rectal prolapse, colorectal cancer, autoimmune diseases, history of line rectal surgery and pelvic radiotherapy (2) and severe heart or kidney disease, blood coagulation dysfunction in patients with mental illness (3) (4) the dependence difference, pregnancy and lactation women clinical information is incomplete or lost to follow-up
