Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective open-heart surgery: =18 years of age Patients undergoing a median incision
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A BMI of 40 or more kg/m2; Patients with preoperative chest CT abnormalities (such as atelectasis, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, or interstitial pneumonia) A history of open-heart surgery Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction before operation Patients who failed to receive bedside ultrasound in time after surgery Refuse to follow the interviewer after surgery Those who have undergone a second operation The patient's subcutaneous emphysema or the area of the lung ultrasound obscured by the dressing was too severe Postoperative ejection fraction <50% or hemodynamic instability unable to complete the examination
