Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age=18 years old 2)Women diagnosed with primary breast cancer 3)Unilateral modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer was planned

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)ASA=IV level 2)Have any contraindications to esketamine 3)Severe liver dysfunction or severe renal dysfunction 4)Previous diagnosis of mental illness and need for medication 5)Pregnancy or breastfeeding 6)Impaired communication, inability to sign informed consent form 7)Refuse to use PCIA pump 8)Refuse to participate in this study
