Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 25 to 75 years 2. ASA I-II 3. Patients who are to undergo pulmonary surgery under double-lumen tracheal intubation with one-lung ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal deformity 2. Difficulty in opening the mouth 3. Barrel chest 4. Small jaw deformity 5. Tracheal tumour 6. Bronchial tumour 7. Severe tracheobronchial stenosis 8. Head and neck tumour
