Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Spastic hemiplegia of unilateral upper limb caused by cerebral hemorrhage, stroke, brain injury, encephalitis, cerebral palsy and other reasons; Age: 18-65 years old, male and female. b. The muscle strength of shoulder joint before operation was M0-M1, including shoulder abduction, shoulder flexion and extension. Shoulder spasm was rated 0-1 on the modified Ashworth scale; X-ray showed shoulder dislocation. d. After at least one year of rehabilitation training, the functional recovery of upper limbs has entered the platform stage with no more improvement. e. Preoperative evaluation confirmed that the function of the contralesional cortex was normal
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) serious systemic diseases, such as hypertension, heart disease symptoms, diabetes, undiagnosed liver disease or disorder (based on serum liver enzyme test results), kidney disease or renal dysfunction, severe anemia, history of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary artery embolism or cerebrovascular accident, cancer; 2) Patients who cannot take care of themselves, such as unable to walk independently; 3) Recurrence of acute hemorrhage or infarction; 4) The dislocation of shoulder joint caused by pripheral nerve/ tendon/ muscle injury and joint abnormality was excluded. 5) Severe contracture or joint deformity; 6) The patient suffers from severe and untreated neuropsychiatric disorders and cannot communicate normally;
