18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Tcheduled for minor gynecological surgery under sedation; ? American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status of I or II, and aged 18 to 65 years; ? The body mass index (BMI) of 18 to 30 kg/m2; ? Respiration?rate (RR) 10-24 breaths/min, pulse oxygen?saturation (SPO2) =95%, systolic blood pressure (SBP) 85–140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) 50-90 mmHg, heart rate (HR) 50-100 beats/min (bpm). ? No contraindication of gynecological short surgery and sedation/general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? history of alcohol; ? history of general anesthetic allergy; ? long-term?use of sedative-hypnotics and anti-anxiety drugs; ? history of unregulated or malignant hypertension; ? severe ischemic heart diseases or renal or liver dysfunction; ? pregnancy or ?lactation; ? recent respiratory tract infection; ? nervous or mental disorders with communication difficulties.
