Age

60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patient age >= 60 years; 2) proposed elective orthopedic surgery; 3) normal preoperative cognitive function; 4) ASA class 1-3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) surgical treatment in the last 6 months; 2) presence of severe visual, auditory, speech and other functional impairment; 3) functional hand impairment; 4) B-complex vitamins such as folic acid in the last three months; 5) preoperative cognitive impairment (MMSE cognitive function test).
