Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) age >18 years old, regardless of gender; (2) essential hypertension; According to the blood pressure measurement method in the Chinese Guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension (2018 revision), SBP and/or DBP in sitting position were =140mmHg and/or =90 mmHg for three consecutive different days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) secondary hypertension; (2) within 3 months after the onset of an acute cardio-cerebrovascular event; (3) patients with severe cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart disease, and severe liver and kidney diseases.
