Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for diabetic foot group: age 40-65 years; Refractory diabetic foot ulcer for more than 1 month; ABI in 0.5 to 0.9; Wagner is a 2-3 grader. The inclusion criteria of the control group were 40-65 years old; No history of diabetes; Contusion or cutting injury below the knee plane within one week; ABI 0.9 or higher.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: untreated cellulitis, malignant wounds; There was significant necrotic tissue or osteomyelitis; Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney function damage, hematological diseases, autoimmune diseases, tumors, etc. Subjects who received growth factor or hyperbaric oxygen therapy 30 days before or during the study period.
