18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-45 years old; (2) provided informed consent and had no cognitive impairment; (3) normal reproductive system function, no immune system, endocrine system, systemic infectious diseases; (4) no gynecological tumors or other malignant diseases; (5) no serious heart, liver, kidney and other complications; (6) no history of taking hormones, immunosuppressants, antibiotics or probiotics within one month; (7) no history of cervical treatment within one week; (8) no history of vaginal douching or medication within 5 days; (9) no history of sexual life for two days.
