Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with POAG and JOAG diagnosis. 2) Patients without any anti glaucoma surgery. 3) The age is between 18-75 years old. 4) The patient who has used anti glaucoma drugs cannot continue to use intraocular pressure lowering drugs due to personal reasons, or hopes to reduce the dosage of intraocular pressure lowering drugs. 5) Patients who have used a variety of anti glaucoma drugs and whose intraocular pressure is still poorly controlled. 6) Understand and volunteer the corresponding surgical treatment, and can understand and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Glaucoma patients who have undergone anti glaucoma surgery. 2) Angle closure glaucoma and secondary open angle glaucoma (including but not limited to: neovascular secondary glaucoma, traumatic glaucoma, etc.). 3) Patients with scar in Scheme tube. 4) Patients with corneal opacity and inability to clearly view the structure of the atrial angle. 5) The patient's own condition is not suitable for anti glaucoma surgery under general anesthesia, for example: the anticoagulant cannot be stopped, and the retinal degeneration area or hole is not Treatment, etc. 6) Patients who can not cooperate with the measurement of intraocular pressure due to eye conditions, such as strabismus with large angle, corneal edema, corneal scar, etc. 7) Other diseases other than glaucoma that may affect the evaluation of intraocular pressure: intraocular or orbital tumors, iris neovascularization, etc. 8) Patients who cannot accept general anesthesia due to their own conditions or cannot tolerate general anesthesia surgery due to their general conditions. 9) Pregnant women. 10) Patients unable to sign the informed consent form due to various reasons.
