7 Years to 16 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The age of patient range from 7 to 16 years; ? Had a minimum of one traumatied paermanent tooth with a necrotic pulp/ apical periodontitis, and external root resorption; ? Had a oral hygiene, without gingivitis and periodontitis; ? Cooperative behavior to allow the operator to complete the treatment and follow-ups, and sign informed consent ? Patients without mental illness, immune system disease and blood system disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Ptients are unwilling to comply with the research for the uncertain prognosis and other reasons; ? Patients are lost to follow-up; ? Patients do not cooperate or withdraw.
