18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65; 2. Good oral hygiene; 3. No systemic disease or systemic disease is well controlled; 4. Patients with missing upper front teeth (13-23) and willing to have implants; 5. Have good compliance, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sufficient bone in the anterior tooth loss area do not need bone ring surgery; 2. There is not enough bone in the bone harvesting area, so it is not suitable for intraoral autologous bone transplantation; 3. The remaining bone mass at the implant site cannot provide the initial stability of the implant; 4. Acute inflammation of adjacent teeth, loosening of grade II or above, or a subosseous pocket; 5. Osteoporosis or ever taking bisphosphonates; 6. Poorly controlled systemic diseases; history of head and neck radiation therapy; 7. Smoking > 10 cigarettes/day; 8. Female patients who are not suitable for implant surgery during pregnancy or lactation; 9. Those who cannot cooperate with follow-up visits.
