Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Relatives living donor kidney transplant recipients; (2) Age 18~64 years old; ?BMI 18.5~24.0 kg/m2 (4) ASA grade III or IV; (5) Gender is not limited; (6) Regular dialysis before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of neuromuscular disease; (2) History of schizophrenia; (3) History of depression; (4) Difficult airway; (5) Recent application of benzodiazepines.
