Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The duration of the disease was more than 3 months and the patients were classified as persistent vegetative state VS or minimal disturbance of consciousness MCS according to CRS-R scale; (2) Patients with craniocerebral injury due to various reasons, aged 18-65 years, both sexes; (3) The vital signs were stable, and the intracranial situation was stable, without intracranial hematoma and hydrocephalus requiring surgical treatment. (4) The family members of the patients should be informed and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) pregnant women; (2) Frequent epilepsy; (3) Patients with severe arrhythmia or pacemaker implantation; (4) Unstable vital signs.
