Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing painless gastroscopy 2.people aged 18 and over 3.ASA classification ?-? 4.Fully informed and signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficulty in communication 2. There are contraindications to anesthesia or allergy to anesthetic drugs 3. Patients with recent upper respiratory tract infection
