Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.50= age =65; 2.The right handedness was evaluated by the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory; 3.Mild Cognitive Impairment with the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score of 18-26; 4.Electrocardiogram has no obvious factors interfering with the study; 5.Have the ability to perform sports; 6.The informed consent has been signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Have long-term alcohol abuse or long-term use of diuretics, sedatives, antidepressants, antiepileptic drugs and other drugs that will affect cognitive function; 2.Diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease (e.g. Alzheimer's disease); 3.Presence of severe cardiovascular disease (such as cardiac or respiratory insufficiency); 4.Presence of musculoskeletal disorders with imbalance and gait disturbance; 5.Use walking AIDS (e.g., crutches); 6.Severe visual/hearing/movement disorders; 7.Any other factors that may hinder the full and safe participation of the subjects in exercise and/or cognitive training; 8.Termination of cooperation due to increased blood pressure than expected during exercise or persistent fever or persistent body pain for other reasons; 9.Pregnancy.
