Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.=18 Years 2.Pathological diagnosis multiple myeloma 3.Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 0- 2; 4.Estimated survival time = 3months;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.HBVHCV antibody positivity 2.Peripheral neuropathy or pain of grade 2 or higher before treatment 3.Serious thrombotic events before treatment 4.Received major hand surgery within 30 days before enrollment 5.Pregnancy or lactation period
