Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Signed ICF for voluntary participation in the study and good compliance 2.age =18 years,receiving a Cancer Therapy(including chemotherapy,radiotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy 3.PLT=100×10*9/L or PLT> 100×10*9/L but need the prevention of CIT 4.Administration of hematopoietic growth factor(including rhTPO,rhIL-11 and TPO-RA)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participation in another interventional clinical trial 2.Unable to understand the investigational nature of the study or give informed consent 3.Investigator's judgement that participation not suitable for the study
