Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Firefighters in Beijing, age 20-40, male, healthy and no underlying diseases, no skeletal-muscular system diseases prior to becoming firefighters volunteering for this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons whoare unable to complete the questionnaire for personal reasons. Have underlying medical conditions and skeletal muscular system diseases prior to becoming firefighters.
