Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: After genetic examination and multidisciplinary consultation, the pregnancy was continued and the fetus was diagnosed as a curative congenital malformation Determine continuation of pregnancy Married, at least 20 years old Good communication skills Informed consent and active cooperation with the investigation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women have other pregnancy complications After birth, the fetus can be cured with a mild correction and does not require long-term care There were bereavement events affecting emotional state in the last 3 months Have a history of mental illness or are undergoing psychotherapy
