Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntary participation and signing of informed consent before the trial; (2) The age is 18 to 75 years old, regardless of gender; (3) Have good follow-up compliance, at least the number of follow-up years = 1 year; (4) Conform to the diagnostic criteria for T2DM formulated by the World Health Organization in 1999; (5) CAS diagnostic criteria: evidence of heart, brain, kidney and surrounding AS diseases; SAS diagnostic criteria: ultrasonic common carotid artery, common iliac artery and femoral artery The thickness of the middle layer of the film is = 1.0 mm and there are plaques within the visible range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 diabetes or other special types of diabetes; (2) Renal insufficiency (serum creatinine>106 µ Mol/L) or liver dysfunction (serum alanine aminotransferase>80 U/L); (3) Pregnant or lactating women, women of childbearing age who do not use contraceptives may be pregnant; (4) History of alcohol, drug or drug abuse; (5) History of tumor; (6) Have a history of mental illness. (7) The researchers believe that they cannot insist on completing the whole study or there will be obvious risks for patients.
