Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Patients with end-stage renal disease who plan to undergo kidney transplantation in our hospital; ?Patients who voluntarily participate, have good compliance, and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?The patient is under the age of 16. ?Patients have undergone multiple organ transplantation or secondary transplantation. ?Patients do not cooperate with follow-up experiments. ?Those considered inappropriate by the researchers.
