Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.18 years = age :70 years: 2. The patient's ASA score was 1-111 3. Determine the need for gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia: 4. Patients who voluntarily received postoperative self-controlled intravenous analgesia: 5. Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria

Taking other experimental drugs or participating in other clinical trials 3 months before study inclusion: 4. Arrhythmias (including bradycardia, ventricular tachycardia, prolonged ventricular frontal and QTc intervals, etc.): 6. Glaucoma patients 7. Myasthenia gravis patients 8. Patients with paralytic intestinal obstruction, pyloric stricture and prostatic hypertrophy: 9. Patients with hyperthyroidism 10. Patients with epilepsy 11. Patients with other contraindications to gronammonium bromide or toanisetron: 12. Allergic constitution and allergy to anticholinergic drugs: 13. Failure to cooperate with the study for any reason.
