Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Age = 18 years old ?willing to accept questionnairestake relevant index measurements and provide relevant medical history ?willing to receive cardiac and Arterial ultrasound scan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Age <18 years old ?refuse to provide relevant medical history and questionnaire ?Patients with poor image quality ?Patients who refuse to take routine index measurements such as blood pressure, waist circumference and body fat ?Patients who refuse to undergo ultrasound and other examinations
