Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1). Patients were diagnosed with differentiated papillary carcinoma of the thyroid, with lung metastasis from thyroid carcinoma confirmed by pathology, serology, and follow-up survey. (2). Patients received 18F-FDG PET/CT examination after surgery. (3). Follow-up time = six months, the serologic and radiomics record of thyroglobulin (Tg), anti-thyroid autoantibodies (TgAb), ultrasonic and diagnostic WBS before and after the treatment were detailed, and the follow-up data is completed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with the primary lesion are invasive subtypes (including high cell type, island cell type, low differentiation type, diffuse sclerosis type, anamorphic type, or medullary carcinoma) confirmed by pathology. (2) The lung metastasis was not from thyroid carcinoma, confirmed by pathology. (3) Patients that did not receive a serologic examination and Dx-WBS or chest CT 6-12 months after 131I treatment could not be confirmed.
