Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA Class I to III patients requiring general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation 2.Age >18 years, BMI = 35kg/m2 3.No abnormality in respiratory tract, maxillofacial region and neck anatomy 4.Patient can cooperate with airway ultrasound 5.Anesthesia requires the use of muscle relaxants and muscle relaxants monitoring 6.Direct laryngoscope was used for endotracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Anatomical abnormalities were found in respiratory tract, maxillofacial region and neck after inclusion 2.Risk of reflux and aspiration was detected
