Group B:3ml was injected at the entrance of the internal branch of the superior laryngeal nerve
Group:4ml was injected at the entrance of the internal branch of the superior laryngeal nerve
Group D:5ml was injected at the entrance of the internal branch of the superior laryngeal nerve

50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I-?; 2.Patients aged 50 to 75 years; 3.Body Mass Index is 22-28kg/m2 4.Patients undergoing total laryngectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of head and neck surgery 2.The history of head and neck radiotherapy and chemotherapy affects the history of laryngeal structure
