Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-70 years who were diagnosed as benign pelvic tumors such as endometriosis or malignant pelvic tumors such as ovarian cancer in our hospital before surgery, who underwent rectal ultrasound endoscopy, pelvic MRI and other examinations, and finally underwent surgery with complete surgical and pathological data. At the same time, patients with complete follow-up data 1 year after surgery were collected.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have the contraindication of colonoscopy and cannot tolerate it; (2) Failure to perform surgery due to serious heart and lung disease, severe liver dysfunction and other reasons; (3) Patients who have undergone colorectal resection; (4) Poor intestinal preparation affects endoscopic observation.
