18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (a) patients age range from 18 to 70 y, (b) patients have clear consciousness, good comprehension and normal language expression, (c) patients volunteer to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (a) patient had other serious systemic diseases or history of diseases affecting immune function, (b) patient used antipsychotic and immunocompromised drugs recently, (c)patient had cognitive dysfunction.
