Age
60 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.I-III grade based on the standards from American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA); 2. body mass index (BMI) = 28; 3.age = 60 years old; 4.no cognitive impairment; 5.no coagulopathy; 6.no serious infection of the puncture site; 7.no history of local anesthetic allergy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.severe heart failure; 2.pulmonary embolism; 3.pulmonary hypertension and other uncooperative conditions; 4.bilateral onset; 5.history of previous lower abdominal surgery.
