Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obese patients (BMI >30 Kg/m2) with normal communication and signed informed consent, aged 18-65 years, to be examined at painless gastroscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? history of allergy to anesthetic drugs ? serious heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction ? chronic respiratory diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma), recent respiratory infections ? cervical spine disease, cervical spine injury patients ? preoperative oxygen saturation less than 95% (inhaled air)
