Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) At least 20 years old. (2) X-ray film or CT scan showed the damage of talus cartilage, and the type of damage was Hepple III talus cartilage injury. (3) The damage and relaxation of ATFL were confirmed by preoperative ultrasound imaging, MRI and intraoperative microscopy. (4) The front drawer test of ankle joint was positive. (5) Willing to undergo arthroscopic surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other combined injuries. (2) Previous mechanical instability of the lateral ankle joint. (3) Can not tolerate surgery, with severe organic disease or. (4) The local skin condition is poor and can not tolerate arthroscopic surgery. (5) Those over 65 years old.
