21 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 21-60 years who have sex and have HPV typing tests indicate that the same high-risk type of HPV (including single type infection and / or multiple types) in the cervical region has been continuously infected for more than 1 year; ? The first high-risk type of HPV was positive; ? Patients with PHQ-9 or GAD-7 = 5 points and diagnosed as emotional disorder by psychological evaluation; ? No abnormal cells were found in cervical cytology; ? Patients whose colposcopy indicates that cervical biopsy is not required or whose vulva, vagina, cervical precancerous lesions or cancer are excluded by biopsy; ? The sexual partner is fixed and has no history of sexual intercourse; ? During the study period, there was no family planning, and they could use condoms consistently; ? No previous neuropsychiatric disease, serious systemic disease and chronic disease; ? No major life events occurred in the family in the past 1 year; ? Normal expression and understanding ability and informed consent to the study; ? The clinical data were complete and the follow-up was reliable.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Family history of neuropsychiatric diseases; ? Cognitive impairment; ? Complicated with genital tract infection; ? Previous precancerous lesions or cancer of vulva, vagina and cervix; ? Previous genital warts; ? Previous cervical physical therapy history; ? Previous cervical surgery history; ? Combined with other organ tumors; ? Complicated with immune system disease or taking immunosuppressive drugs; ? Complicated with uncontrolled thyroid disease, diabetes and other important organ diseases; ? Smoking history; ? Drinking history; ? Unable to complete regular follow-up and reexamination; ? Pregnant and lactating women. ? Have a history of HPV vaccination.
