Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A definite diagnosis of primary angle-closure glaucoma; 2. The patient plans to undergo laser peripheral iridotomy; 3. Complete ophthalmic examination before laser peripheral iridotomy, including best corrected vision, slit lamp assessment, Goldmann tonometer intraocular pressure, fundus photography, anterior chamber gonioscopy, and scanning frequency AS-OCT detection; 4. At least three AS-OCT measurements and intraocular pressure measurements were made 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after laser peripheral iridotomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. In addition to laser peripheral iridotomy, there is a history of other intraocular surgery or secondary glaucoma; 2. Adhesion around the anterior chamber angle caused by uveitis, with an angle greater than 180° closed; 3. Patients with neovascular glaucoma 4. Severe iris atrophy;5.Patients who are unable or unwilling to cooperate.
