Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 20-49 years old; (2) The sub-health Rating Scale rated the level of mild sub-health to severe sub-health. According to the scoring standard of the demarcation norm of the total score of Sub-Health Rating Scale for urban residents in China, the score of males aged 20-29 was 56.64-79.96, and the score of males aged 30-49 was 55.85-81.18. For women aged 20-29, the score was 56.01-78.99, and for women aged 30-49, the score was 54.95-79.09. (3) Binocular corrected visual acuity & LT; 0.3; (4) Have normal intelligence, can independently use smart phone to surf the Internet, and can read and understand Chinese.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of mental illness (e.g. auditory hallucinations, hallucinations and related medication or hospitalization); (2) Suicidal tendencies or suicide attempts within six months; (3) Language communication disorder or hearing impairment.
