Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective surgery in our hospital; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists Grading Standards) Grade I to III; 4. Patients were aware of the study protocol and agreed to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with senile dementia and cognitive impairment before head injury; 2. Have mental or nervous system diseases, long-term use of sedative hypnotic drugs, opioids and psychotropic drugs; 3. Patients who are unable to communicate due to mental illness or hearing or vision impairment; 4. Patients admitted to intensive care unit after surgery.
