18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18-65 years; 2.Patients diagnosed with gallstones by ultrasound and proposed for laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 3.Patients residing in Chengdu urban area; 4.Patients who gave informed consent to this study and voluntarily participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.previous history of gastrointestinal surgery;2.history of irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, constipation, chronic diarrhea, infectious or idiopathic diarrhea and patients with severe heart, liver, kidney disease or malignant disease;3.combined with other metabolic diseases (diabetes, gout, metabolic syndrome, etc.) and infectious diseases; 4.use of antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, laxatives or other drugs known to affect the intestinal flora within the last 3 months;5.Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 5.Patients with residual stones, bile duct injury, bile duct stricture after laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 6.Pregnant or lactating women.
