Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with epilepsy or epileptic syndrome by an epilepsy specialist according to the diagnostic criteria set by the International Federation against Epilepsy (no age restriction); Among them, patients with drug-resistant epilepsy (aged >=14 years) defined by the International Anti-epileptic Union were included in the observation cohort for rTMS treatment. 2. Obtain informed consent from the patient or guardian and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failed to accept patients who have completed at least 1 efficacy/safety evaluation; 2. Patients who are unable to cooperate or have difficulty in recording attacks; 3. Patients with progressive neurological disease or severe systemic disease.
